I was born and raised in the south of Portugal. At 18 I packed my bags and left home with nothing but determination and the drive to challenge myself. That decision set me on a 12-year journey across Europe, working in some of the most demanding environments where the pressure was constant and the expectations were high. By 23, I had grown into a leadership role, leading high-performance teams of more than 20 people in fast-moving environments where the standards were uncompromising. Those years shaped not only my skills but also my mindset, teaching me how to perform under uncertainty, adapt quickly, and bring people together to achieve ambitious goals. What defines me most is curiosity and growth. I’ve never been content with standing still, and I actively seek out challenges that push me to learn, improve, and expand what I’m capable of. I believe progress comes from discipline, persistence, and the willingness to step forward when others hesitate. Outside of work, I train for marathons, a pursuit that mirrors how I live and work. Running has taught me that progress is built one step at a time, that consistency creates strength, and that the real reward comes from going further than you once thought possible.
